Gallery 3 ~ Life Drawing and Life Studies
ATTENTION: This page contains images of people in the nude. If you are under 18, please ask your parents before viewing this page. Parents, please take a look and be aware of the content of this page. In general, these are classic life studies.
This page is all about the human form. I took several life drawing courses in school and enjoyed them immensely. I think I learned more there than in all of my other art classes combined. Drawing is as much about how we see and perceive as it is about what’s actually there, and drawing the human form is, for me at least, such a potent and personal way to access that. I’m afraid some of the images aren’t great, most of these are rather large drawings and had to be photographed rather than scanned.
Doodled with mechanical pencil (probably 2B), no references
